Customer Order Placement
Customers browse the custom web store, select a product and quantity, add it to their cart, and check out.
Automated Order Routing
The order is automatically sent to the distributor/manufacturer supplying the product in the required quantity.
Artwork Retrieval
E1 accesses the pre-created, sized artwork by decoration technique to include with the order submission to the decorator.

Artwork & Order Transmission
E1 sends the appropriate art file and all order details to the decorator’s operating system or our Free E1 Decorator Portal, ensuring the correct process is triggered.
Order Fulfillment
The decorator— (which can be you!) receives the complete order details to complete the order fulfillment process.
Reporting & Integration
E1 provides detailed reporting and seamlessly integrates with ERP, CRM, and Accounting systems for comprehensive business management.
Efficiency & Accuracy
The automated workflow minimizes human error and allows Sales, Marketing, and Decoration teams to operate with reduced manual intervention and staffing.
