Order Process
Customers place orders for products marketed on a custom web store. They simply order the item and the quantity they want, place it in their cart, and checkout.
- The order automatically goes to a distributor/manufacturer offering that item in the quantity required.
- The sized product artwork, regardless of decoration type (Digital, Embroidery, Laser, Sublimation, Screen) has already been created and is available as part of the initial store setup.
- E1 sends the art file with the order information directly to the decorator’s operating system.
- The order includes the sized art file for whatever process is required from the decorator to complete and fulfill the order.
- E1 provides reporting and can integrate with ERP/CRM/ and Accounting Software applications.
